What You Will Be Doing
Designing and continuously refining an AI-driven learning ecosystem that demonstrably surpasses traditional education, supported by concrete improvements in student achievement metrics Interacting directly with students via virtual platforms to comprehend their learning experiences, obstacles, and achievements, applying these insights to drive ongoing enhancement of the learning ecosystem Extracting insights from learning platform data to identify actionable opportunities and create high-impact academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices Fostering a culture of ambitious experimentation and evidence-based decision-making, utilizing data to achieve breakthrough improvements in students\' growth trajectories Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to convert academic insights and student feedback into intuitive product improvements What You Won’t Be Doing
Wrapping traditional education in an AI package. This isn’t about recreating classroom teaching on screens – we\'re completely reimagining learning from first principles. Examining data in a vacuum. You\'ll regularly interact with K-12 students, treating their feedback as critical input from our paying customers. Seeking consensus before pushing boundaries. You\'ll advocate for a bold vision and mobilize others around data-driven outcomes. Adhering to conventional methods. You\'ll have freedom to explore innovative approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction. Viewing AI\'s impact on education with apprehension. Lead innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student outcomes across multiple campuses. Combine data analytics with consistent student engagement to continuously refine our learning ecosystem, as evidenced by AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth. Basic Requirements
Master\'s degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field Leadership experience in education or EdTech Experience applying AI technologies in an educational or professional context Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
