Job Description This role plays a key part in enabling sound, competitive, and well‑governed commercial decision‑making across the full commercial lifecycle, with a strong focus on contract negotiation, commercial risk assessment, and risk management during the ITO (Inquiry‑to‑Order) and OTR (Order‑to‑Remittance) phases. The position is primarily anchored in the ITO phase, working closely with Sales and cross‑functional stakeholders to support proposal development and commercial negotiations, ensuring balanced risk‑taking, policy compliance, and value creation in line with the Grid Solutions Deal Risk Management framework (Policy 5.0). The role contributes to strengthening commercial rigor and operational excellence by providing structured, pragmatic contractual analysis and by supporting the business in making informed decisions that protect long‑term performance, customer relationships, and execution success throughout the deal lifecycle. Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the review, redlining, negotiation, and execution of customer and partner agreements (e.g., T&Cs, NDAs, Framework and Consortium Agreements), ensuring balanced risk positions aligned with business objectives.
Partner cross‑functionally (Legal, Tax, Finance, Operations, EHS, Sales) to structure deals, align on commercial strategies, and support competitive, well‑governed proposals.
Identify, assess, and manage contractual and commercial risks using standard tools; facilitate risk reviews and drive mitigation strategies with leadership alignment.
Own and enhance Commercial Operations (ComOps) processes, ensuring consistent governance, policy adherence, and continuous improvement across the ITO phase.
Support ITO and project teams with KPI tracking, risk/opportunity assessments, contractual guidance, and claims/dispute resolution as needed.
Drive capability building across commercial and sales teams by sharing best practices, reinforcing risk policies, and supporting change initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or related area from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in ITO T&Cs negotiations and redlining, ITO bidding phase, Contract Management, Sales, Risk Mitigation, Tendering, Bid management and/or project management role.
Eligibility Requirements
Fluent English is mandatory.

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and internal teams.
Solid experience managing commercial and contractual risk in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
