Salary Range:
$94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
Coach and mentor teams in continuous improvement methodologies and problem‑solving techniques.
Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies using data‑driven approaches and performance metrics.
Drive the implementation of best practices, standard work, and visual management systems.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
Expert-level proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DFSS), and other CI tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) strongly preferred; Master Black Belt a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and implement complex continuous improvement projects, driving cultural change and delivering measurable results.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 initiatives or digital transformation projects.
Certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with advanced data analytics platforms or simulation software.
