In The Role

Assist execution of debt capital markets transaction processes and drives asset-backed warehouse facilities renewals

Participates in meetings with investors, lenders, rating agencies, and others on a limited basis

Work with internal management, underwriters, rating agencies and counsel in the transaction process with oversight

Preparation and review of programmatic slide decks

Assist with other funding and balance sheet management projects as directed by management

Maintain surveillance of OneMain and peer ABS deals

Assist in maintaining databases/lists including investor lists, OneMain debt, and marketplace (competitor activity) databases

Help develop and maintain models including but not limited to:

securitization cash flow models

borrowing base models for conduit draws

cost of funds spreadsheets

peer comparisons

Broad exposure to a variety of teams including the executive management team, FP&A, Risk, Analytics and operations.

Requirements

Requisite experience must include 1-3+ years exposure to the debt capital markets (capital markets experience at an ABS issuer, rating agency, leveraged finance group, ABS underwriter or ABS accounting/consulting firm preferred). Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure.

BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar technical field

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint) required

Excellent work ethic and willingness to contribute broadly to achieve team and company objectives

Strong verbal and written communication as well as technical and organizational skills

Strong analytical skills, organized, and possess a high attention to detail

Ability and willingness to travel every quarter

Location:

New York City, NY –In office (Tues-Thurs)

Target base salary range is $100,000-$120,000 which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
