Career Opportunity: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will lead email strategy and execution across all stages of the funnel, partnering with stakeholders to deliver key campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Email Strategy and Execution: Develop a comprehensive email strategy for every funnel stage focusing on conversion.
Automation Management: Create and manage triggered and personalized campaign flows.
Copywriting and Content Creation: Write compelling email copy and edit teammate submissions.
Audience Segmentation: Use data insights to segment lists and tailor campaigns.
Campaign Management: Coordinate cross‑team planning, creation, and launch of promotional, transactional, and triggered emails.
List Management: Oversee email list growth and maintenance, ensuring compliance with data‑protection regulations.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze open rates, click‑through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing to identify best practices and improve performance.
Email Schedule and Workflows: Optimize processes for effective production scheduling and timely deployment.
Continuous Improvement: Keep PracticeTek at the forefront of email and automation technology and best practices.
Success Metrics
Email lead generation: Meet target goals and support business growth.
Email engagement: Maximize opens, clicks, conversions, and maintain acceptable unsubscribe rates.
List growth and optimization: Monitor database health and expand audiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of lifecycle marketing experience.
HubSpot certification.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with leaders.
B2B SaaS experience preferred.
Salesforce experience an added advantage.
Asana project management experience favorable.

Salary range: $59,000–$79,000, based on market data, internal equity, and experience.
