About the Position This Non‑appropriated Fund (NAF) position is located in Marketing Operations at Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base. The responsibilities include operating a computer workstation to receive and convert job order data into production‑ready formats, designing and printing various marketing graphics, and managing the Squadron’s social media and digital marketing content. Responsibilities

Operate a workstation to receive and convert job order data, design and print banners, posters, invitations, brochures, newsletters, business cards, programs, etc.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other computer‑based design programs.

Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing programs and campaigns for the Force Support Squadron.

Assist in developing marketing training programs for employees on topics such as marketing processes, advertising strategies, customer relations, and media techniques.

Conduct market research, maintain the 88 FSS website, and coordinate with activity managers to ensure content accuracy.

Manage and maintain print production equipment, prioritize print orders, enforce OSHA safety standards, and keep equipment in peak operating condition.

Produce electronic media, including email newsletters, social media posts, and website content for Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, Snapchat, and other channels.

Assist in editing and creating marketing material for both online and print use, maintain electronic file libraries, and attend events to capture photographs.

Place advertising in appropriate media and collaborate with managers on cross‑marketing initiatives.

Perform related duties as assigned.
