Pay
Hourly rate $18–$31 per hour, equal to or exceeding the local minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
