Our client is actively seeking a
mid-level Associate (3-8 years)
to join its growing
Real Estate Practice Group
in Salt Lake City. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a highly respected team advising lenders, developers, investors, and corporate clients on complex real estate matters.
This role offers exposure to
high-impact commercial real estate transactions
across multiple asset classes including office, multifamily, retail, industrial, and hospitality.
You will work with:
National and regional financial institutions
Real estate developers and investors
REITs and opportunity funds
Corporate borrowers and owners
Our client's team handles the
full lifecycle of real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
What You’ll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate
purchase and sale agreements
Structure and document
commercial real estate financing transactions
Assist with
construction loans, syndicated loans, and credit facilities
Handle
commercial leasing (landlord & tenant representation)
Support
due diligence efforts , including title and survey review
Work on
development, joint venture, and equity investment transactions
Collaborate with clients to provide
practical, business-focused solutions

of commercial real estate or real estate finance experience
Active license to practice law in
Utah
(or ability to waive in)
Experience from a
law firm environment
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Experience with:

Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
