The Role Beacon Wellness Brands is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Grocery Sales Manager to support and grow our Grocery channel. This role is ideal for an emerging sales professional ready to take ownership of customer relationships while learning best‑in‑class retail strategy.

This individual will manage day‑to‑day execution across assigned grocery accounts while partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive distribution, promotional execution, and revenue growth.

This is a full‑time temporary role, with potential for long‑term growth.

Key Responsibilities Account Management & Execution

Support and manage key regional and national Grocery accounts

Own sell‑in materials, line reviews, and promotional submissions

Track item setup, distribution gains, and retail execution

Ensure accurate forecasting and order flow

Travel and attend line review, trade shows, and important meetings

Sales & Growth

Drive distribution expansion and new item placement

Support promotional strategy and trade planning

Analyze POS, shipment trends, and category performance

Identify whitespace opportunities within accounts

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with Marketing on innovation launches and sell‑in decks

Work with Supply Chain to manage inventory and service levels

Coordinate with Finance on pricing, margins, and trade spend

Support leadership with reporting and business reviews

Reporting & Analytics

Maintain weekly sales trackers and customer dashboards

Monitor consumption vs. shipments

Prepare business updates and recaps for internal leadership

Broker Management

Support and manage external broker teams to ensure alignment with brand priorities and sales goals

Communicate objectives, priorities and execution expectations clearly to brokers

Track performance and follow up on distribution gains, promo execution, and display activity

Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and broker partners

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in CPG sales, retail account management, or brokerage

Grocery channel experience preferred (natural, conventional, or regional chains)

Experience working with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS) is a plus

Skills

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Highly organized with strong follow‑through

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to travel 50% of the time
