Position Overview The Embrace Translator will provide real‑time English–Spanish translation support for the Embrace Organization and visiting Milenio teams within a production environment. This role focuses on translating technical information, instructions, and communications to ensure clarity, safety, and operational alignment. No equipment operation or data entry is required.

Key Responsibilities

Translate verbally between English and Spanish for Embrace and visiting teams

Support translation of technical tasks and production‑related communications

Ensure accurate, clear communication while maintaining professionalism

Required Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

Ability to translate technical and operational concepts clearly

Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Safety & Compliance Requirements

Cell phone use prohibited in production areas (inside green lines)

PPE Required:

Safety shoes (required on Day 1 – associate provided)

Safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, face mask (provided as needed)

Must follow all

PPE matrix and safety practices
