
Asset Protection Inventory Specialist

About The Role
As an Asset Protection Inventory Specialist, you will report directly to the Asset Protection Leadership Team of the Authentication Center. Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to reconciliation of inventory, research of “no sku” items, mis‑ships disposition, investigation of other exception related issues, and general Asset Protection duties assigned by the Asset Protection Leadership Team. What You Get To Do Every Day
Research and resolve discrepancies with inventory while completing reconciliation of missing items (e.g. researching items with no skus)
Conduct daily sweeps of product aisles to identify & minimize the occurrences of inventory with no skus; collect merchandise with missing sku information
Create detailed logs of all inventory being researched and in the Asset Protection exemptions process queue
Investigate mis‑shipped items by identifying where discrepancies occurred through research on the warehouse management system and utilizing CCTV as needed
Update inventory with missing or inaccurate information to ensure accurate count of product
Maintain salvage reports, logs, and other documentation related to inventory
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve exception and operational issues while also coming up with solutions to minimize future operational deficiencies
Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of exceptions & inventory control
Assist with general Asset Protection duties or other exception related issues as assigned or needed
Minimum Requirements
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
Experience using CCTV platform to review footage
Strong communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work full‑time and overtime when needed
Preferred Requirements
2+ years of Asset Protection or inventory management experience

The expected hourly rate for this role is $18.50-$20.50. Salary is just one component of the total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
