Judge Direct Placement is seeking an
Operations Manager
to support and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a privately held commercial real estate company. This role works closely with executive leadership, professional partners, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and well‑coordinated real estate activities across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
Manage property marketing materials, outside marketing vendors, and vacancy plans
Coordinate property upkeep to support market readiness
Manage internal service contracts (internet, office services, etc.)
Organize and support Operations and Executive Meetings
Coordinate commercial real estate closings, due diligence, legal, and loan partners
Serve as point of contact for tax accountant coordination and depreciation support
Manage contracts and relationships with engineering, legal, and technical vendors
Qualifications
Experience in commercial real estate operations or property management
Strong organizational and project‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information
