StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time, Program/Project Management Analyst, Senior to join our team in supporting the NAVAIR program office in Patuxent River, MD. Program/Project Management Analyst, Senior will be performing program management, technical, and business analysis tasks related to the acquisition, development, and sustainment of direct and time-sensitive strike weapons. This position requires a combination of analytical skills, program management expertise, and familiarity with government acquisition processes. The Program/Project Management Analyst, Senior duties include but are not limited to the following requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities

Supports program and project management efforts as directed by the Senior Key Analyst.

Applies analytical techniques in evaluating program/project objectives.

Analyzes program requirements, budget, schedule, and performance data. Conducts management, technical, and business case analyses.

Collects, organizes, and interprets data related to aircraft, weapons, or other acquisition programs.

Monitors program/project status and schedule execution. Implements government‑directed processes for documentation, change control, and data management.

Apply advanced analytic techniques to evaluate and assess program and project objectives, ensuring alignment with mission goals and performance standards.

Conduct comprehensive analyses of program/project requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules to support informed decision-making.

Collect and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs, ensuring accuracy and relevance for program assessments and reporting.

Utilize data insights to support program development and sustainment activities.

Apply government‑instituted processes for documentation management, change control, and data management to maintain program integrity and compliance.

Prepare and review critical program documents, including Program Identification Data (PID), Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), Acquisition Plans (AP), Justifications and Approval (J&A), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Government Furnished Products (GFP) justification memos.

Utilize Procurement Management Tool (PMT) to initiate, track, and manage Program Identification Data (PID) through the contract award process, including Delivery Orders and related documentation.

Track and manage the status of CDRL deliverables submitted by contractors to ensure timely and accurate receipt of required documentation.

Support program reviews and assessments using Acquisition Management Suite (AMS) visualizations and Acquisition Health Monitoring Tool to monitor program health and performance.

Assist in preparing program objective memorandum Issue data for program reviews and strategic planning.

Schedule, organize, and attend meetings, both virtual and in-person, to facilitate program discussions, status updates, and stakeholder engagement.

Ensure effective communication and follow‑up on action items and decisions made during meetings.

Skills and Experience

Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Proficiency with AMS PMT tools and related program management software.

Education Requirements

MA/MS degree.

Allowable Education Substitutions

Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Security Clearance Requirements

U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.

Salary and Benefits The estimated base salary range for this position is between $ 98,000.00 and $130,342.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
