Position
Cooperative Foreign Military Sales Analyst/Management Analyst, Journeyman – Full‑time position supporting NAVAIR PMA and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and security cooperation programs.
Responsibilities
Provide program management and analytical support for FMS and security cooperation programs.
Conduct case analysis, program tracking, and coordination activities to ensure compliance with DoD and Navy policies and lifecycle management processes.
Collaborate with government leadership, case managers, program managers, and security cooperation team members on planning, execution, and reporting for FMS casework.
Analyze program and project objectives, requirements, status, budget, and schedules; perform management, technical, and business case analyses.
Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon, and product acquisition programs.
Track program/project status and schedules; apply government‑instituted processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
Support case managers and program managers by analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual, and ITAR.
Articulate LOA case issues, projects, actionable events, milestones, and program deadlines.
Prepare, coordinate, and perform technical reviews of FMS and partner‑capacity contracts to ensure policy conformance.
Build relationships with security cooperation stakeholders to develop, integrate, prioritize, and report requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
At least 2 years of demonstrated experience with FMS casework.
Experience performing program/project/management analyst duties in support of Foreign Military Sales, security assistance, or security cooperation programs.
Location Government office located in Patuxent River, MD, Monday through Friday.
