AI Solutions Strategist (Palantir Foundry + AIP)

Accenture Federal Services, Fairfield, CA, United States

Role Overview You’ll work side‑by‑side with federal mission owners from field operations, supply chains, benefits delivery, and enterprise decision support to turn vision into reality with Palantir Foundry and AIP. This role focuses on orchestrating, integrating, and operationalizing AI – no model training required. You’ll leverage managed platforms and services to ship secure, reliable, and scalable applications quickly, owning the path from use‑case discovery to prototype to scaled deployment while partnering across product, engineering, and domain teams.

What You’ll Do (Day To Day)

Mission partnership & delivery: Embed with client teams to conceive, architect, build, and maintain solutions that meet mission needs under operational constraints.

Data‑to‑decision flow: Use Foundry (ontologies, pipelines, transformations, operational workflows) to transform disparate data into actionable products, moving from use case to prototype to production at mission speed.

Operationalize AIP: Deploy agentic workflows, retrieval‑augmented patterns, and prompt/policy strategies via AIP; implement guardrails, fallbacks, and recovery for reliability without training foundation models.

Production rigor: Instrument metrics, logs, and traces; establish runbooks and SLOs; lead postmortems; build audit‑ready guardrails for safety and compliance.

Secure & compliant by design: Respect confidentiality and integrate with federal‑grade controls (privacy, access, auditability); practice Zero Trust concepts.

Rapid iteration, real outcomes: Prototype quickly, ship production‑grade features, and iterate based on user feedback and measurable mission impact.

Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with engineers, PMs, analysts, and operators to define requirements, iterate on solutions, and ship code that sticks.

Forward deployed presence: Travel as needed to embed onsite, drive adoption, and ensure outcomes in operational environments.

What you won’t do: Train or invent new foundation models; deliver academic research. Your focus is making best‑in‑class platforms and models work flawlessly in production.

Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, VMware) and scripting/automation (Linux Bash, PowerShell).

Background in observability, guardrails, compliance‑by‑design, and operating in regulated/secure environments.

Demonstrated client‑success obsession, analytical/system thinking, and a record of measurable impact.

Strong coding/scripting skills with Python, TypeScript, SQL (R a plus); comfortable working over large, messy datasets.

Ability to operate autonomously, own outcomes, and drive clarity across diverse stakeholders.

Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical partners; comfortable embedding onsite with client teams.
