Reporting to the SAP Sales & Distribution Business Solutions Manager, the Business Solutions Analyst serves as a strategic partner to business and technical teams. This role provides SAP SD expertise, diagnoses complex problems, and implements high‑impact solutions. You will act as a liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous business process improvement.

What You’ll Do SAP SD configuration & support: Design, enhance, and support SAP SD capabilities including sales order management, third‑party orders, quoting, pricing, and ATP. Requirements & solution design: Lead requirements gathering and provide technical guidance on systems options, impacts, and solutions. Change delivery: Write functional specifications, coordinate testing, obtain approvals, and support promotion of configuration to production. Project leadership: Manage/coordinate small to large initiatives within the Sales & Distribution application landscape partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver. Operational excellence: Serve as an escalation point for complex issues; drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Stakeholder management: Maintain proactive communication on incidents, problems, risks, and resolution status. Standardization & efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve global standardization and organizational efficiencies. Documentation: Maintain technical design, analysis, metrics, and application documentation aligned to business strategy and roadmaps.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
