About The Job Lexicon Law is inviting applications for the position of Associate across its Litigation and Real Estate (Transaction) practice groups.

Open Positions Litigation:

2–3 years PQE

4–6 years PQE

Real Estate (Transaction):

3–4 years PQE

5–6 years PQE

Eligibility

Prior experience working with law firms in Mumbai

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Willingness to learn and share knowledge

Responsibilities Litigation:

Draft pleadings, applications, and legal notices

Assist in court proceedings and briefing senior counsel

Conduct legal research and prepare case notes

Real Estate (Transaction):

Analyze land and revenue documents and conduct title searches

Draft title investigation reports and property-related documents

Prepare conveyance deeds, sale deeds, lease agreements, and related documents

Ensure compliance with land laws, revenue laws, and related legislations
