Role Summary This position oversees all of Advia’s digital remote channels, including digital and mobile banking, remote deposit capture, money movement services, account opening, and fintech partnerships. It maintains and improves the member‑facing digital channel portfolio and drives the overall member experience.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain vendor relationships; participate in vendor calls, system changes, and issue escalation.
Serve as resource for digital channel product issues, answering internal questions and escalating member challenges.
Collaborate with project coordinators and departments (Marketing, Training, Operations, IT) on digital system updates.
Research digital solutions, emerging industry trends, and lead system configuration & testing.
Provide reporting from vendor systems, monitor performance, and ensure seamless interaction with other organizational systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC, and internal policies.
Requirements
3–5 years of related experience, including preparatory experience.
Two‑year college degree or equivalent business/trade school completion (~64 credit hours).
Trust, credibility, diplomacy; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred experience with web‑based application administration and Symitar knowledge.
Physical: sedentary work, occasional lifting up to 5 lbs, ability to use office equipment and work extended hours when required.
Working conditions: indoor, climate‑controlled, moderate noise environment.
Must handle multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, exercise discretion on confidential matters.
