The Role
As a Partnerships Analytics & Operations Senior Analyst, you will build the analytics, insights, and operational processes that power Adobe’s Partnerships strategy and execution.
You will work on high‑impact problems across partner performance, deal effectiveness, and ecosystem dynamics – turning data into clear insights and helping ensure decisions are executed effectively. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused: you will own analyses end‑to‑end, build tools and dashboards, and help operationalize how the Partnerships organization runs.
What You’ll Do
Build analytics and generate insights on partner performance, deal outcomes, ecosystem and competitive trends.
Translate data into actionable insights to inform partner prioritization, investment decisions, and deal optimization.
Develop evaluation frameworks for partner and ecosystem decisions.
Break down ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear outputs, identify key drivers, trends, and tradeoffs.
Present insights in a clear, concise, and decision‑oriented way.
Improve operational processes for partner planning, pipeline tracking, deal tracking and reporting; ensure data accuracy and consistency across teams.
Identify inefficiencies and propose operational improvements.
Track partner and ecosystem developments (product, GTM, competitive moves) and contribute to lightweight competitive intelligence efforts.
Support early‑stage analyses and pilots to evaluate new partnership opportunities.
Experience & Qualifications
3–8 years in analytics, strategy, BizOps, consulting, or similar roles.
Strong track record of solving problems using data and structured thinking.
Experience working in cross‑functional environments.
Analytical skills: SQL, Excel, Python, or similar; dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Ability to turn raw data → insight → recommendation.
AI proficiency: comfortable using AI tools (LLMs) to accelerate analysis and workflows; familiarity with rapid prototyping using AI.
Excellent communication: clearly communicate insights, present to stakeholders, structured storytelling.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, comfortable operating in ambiguity, focused on impact.

Compensation The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,000 – $202,250 annually. In California, the pay range is $139,700 – $202,250; in New York, the pay range is $139,700 – $202,250; in Washington, the pay range is $127,700 – $184,850.
