What you’ll do:

Proactively work with lines of business, credit, operations, and finance teams to develop new SoFi products, analyze portfolio/collateral characteristics, economic analysis, and other information to support capital markets execution.

Lead the diligence process to prepare investor education materials, marketing materials incorporating qualitative and quantitative analysis for various audiences, and drive investor engagement. Research industry best practices and peer group analysis to drive product innovation and structuring, collaborating with finance, credit, and accounting teams.

Support content preparation, communication, and due diligence processes for external stakeholders such as investors, lenders, rating agencies, data systems providers, law firms, trustees, custodians, and accounting firms.

Provide support to investor development and deal execution teams to ensure seamless progression from sourcing to capital markets execution.

Collaborate with internal teams including credit, legal, engineering, product, treasury, accounting, servicing, and finance to provide strategic support and align on goals.

What you’ll need:

2+ years of relevant experience desired.

BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar technical field.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, organization and project management skills.

Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action.

Strong ownership and proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Effective storytelling and expertise in presentation skills (Microsoft or Google Suites) leveraging AI tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Intellectual curiosity and strong interest in fintech, products, and capital markets.

Strong verbal and written communication as well as technical and organizational skills.

Excellent work ethic and willingness to contribute broadly to achieve team and company objectives.

Previous experience with lending or consumer credit products is a plus: mortgages, student loans, credit cards, personal loans, etc.
