Job Details Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic construction litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support, electronic discovery, managing high‑volume, complex case files, and assisting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. Prior trial experience required. Experience in construction law preferred.
Responsibilities
Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and discovery.
Handle and organize case files, evidence, and exhibits.
Manage voluminous electronic discovery, including document collection, review, and production.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries.
Assist in trial preparation and support during court proceedings.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and court procedures.
Mentor and supervise junior paralegals and support staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited program.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation support.
Proficiency in MS Office, electronic discovery platforms (i.e. Relativity, Logikull, Disco, etc.), litigation support software (i.e. Trial Director), and document management tools.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
