Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of new developments/changes with carriers, federal/state laws Responsible for the direct handling of existing accounts, responding to time‑sensitive needs with urgency and the highest degree of care. Works in accordance with Producer as necessary. Research and analyze data contributing to the development and enhancement of a customer’s insurance program and recommend the appropriate coverage. Process service requests (policy changes, certificates of insurance, billing, etc.) and prepare/modify documents (correspondence, reports, memos, emails, etc.), delivering the highest quality to customers. Perform data entry functions in agency management system and/or specific rating and underwriting systems ensuring accuracy. Prioritize projects, possess attention to detail, achieve service standards, and meet deadlines. At least 2‑3 years of Commercial Lines account management experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
