Job Summary Shaw Boiler and Mechanical is seeking an experienced Commercial / Industrial HVAC Sales Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with customers operating complex HVAC and mechanical systems. This outside sales role focuses on identifying opportunities for HVAC service work, preventative maintenance programs, mechanical repairs, system upgrades, and installation projects . The ideal candidate will have direct experience selling commercial HVAC service and mechanical work , along with working knowledge of boilers, water heating systems, and associated mechanical equipment commonly found in commercial and industrial facilities. This position requires the ability to communicate with facility engineers, plant managers, and maintenance teams regarding system performance, reliability, and long-term maintenance strategies.
