Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Creative Strategist to direct and deliver strategic work across multiple accounts. A successful candidate will excel at making the complex simple, have a deep understanding of how creative ideas travel into today’s complex media, social and consumer worlds, and is a strong collaborator that can integrate across teams and workstreams.
As a Sr. Creative Strategist, you’ll bring a balance of efficiency and inspiration to creative briefs, and work closely with other Strategy and Story leads to activate across different project levels, ranging from go-to-market plans, communications frameworks, and wrap reports, to integrated campaign ideation, social platform brainstorms, and proactive idea sessions.
Responsibilities
Obsessed with harnessing insights with new and varied channels to create opportunities for brands to connect with culture and make a consumer impact.
Ideate and execute comms planning and messaging frameworks, helping to identify innovative ways in which messages can come to life today.
Uncover insights, shape ideas, and bridge stories from brands to consumers.
Collaborate with Brand and Strategy team members to build GTM frameworks and multi-market comms plans that put our creative work into culture, media, and market in strategically aligned, impactful ways.
Partner with leads across the agency to integrate storytelling into all of our initiatives.
Provide input and perspective on content strategy, creative and execution alongside brand, communications and digital strategy leads.
Support our team’s and our clients’ approach to creative executions.
Bring fresh thinking and collaborative spirit to the team when developing work.
Requirements
4+ years relevant experience contributing to a diverse creative team.
Ability to take consumer insights and turn them into integrated strategies.
Background working on digital campaigns.
Energetic and collaborative with a great work ethic.
Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day One.
Multi-task and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds.
Experience taking projects from concept to design.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Ability to present concepts and work closely with clients, applying creative solutions to strategic business problems.
Ability to iterate and evolve concepts with constructive feedback.
Fluent in the digital and social story formats of today, curious about the ones to come tomorrow.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance, dental and vision, a retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, and referral bonuses. This is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only, pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation will be determined by relevant factors.
