Your Responsibilities

Managing and developing the existing customer base

Identifying new business opportunities and actively acquiring new customers

Overseeing the entire sales process – externally as the primary customer contact, and internally in collaboration with various departments (engineering, inside sales, and sales & operations planning)

Conducting market and competitor analyses and participating in relevant trade fairs

Collaborating with the existing distributor network

Preparing visit reports, managing customer data in the CRM system, and reporting to the headquarters in France

Your Profile

A completed technical education with strong sales orientation, or a commercial education with technical affinity

Experience in B2B sales of complex technical products, ideally in sealing technology

Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor with customers

High self-motivation, autonomous and results-oriented working style, combined with team spirit

Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory

Familiarity with CRM systems

Good command of English for communication with the headquarters
