Business Development Specialist SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is looking for a Business Development Specialist who is ready to own their territory, crush sales goals, and become the "go-to" expert in the Portland restoration scene.

What You'll Be Doing:
Networking Pro: Be the face of SERVPRO at local associations and community events.
Relationship Architect: Conduct daily marketing calls to build a "ride or die" network of insurance agents and property managers.
Storyteller: Educate the community on why SERVPRO is the #1 choice for restoration.
Data-Driven Growth: Use modern marketing software to track your wins and report on your territory's success.
What You Bring to the Table:
The Hustle: At least 2 years of direct sales experience (experience in insurance or restoration is a huge plus, but we value grit and personality).
Communication Skills: You're as comfortable in a 1-on-1 coffee meeting as you are presenting to a room of 20 people.
Tech Savvy: You know your way around a CRM and marketing tools.
The Basics: A degree in Marketing/Business (or equivalent life experience), a clean background check, and the ability to be active on your feet.
