Sr Spec-Digital Marketing

Plans and executes digital go to market strategy, and customer engagement strategies in support of the company's product and service portfolio. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Develops business cases for marketing initiatives, including defining objectives, expected outcomes, success metrics, and resource needs. Plans and prioritizes multiple marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities. Determines optimal target audiences for communications using customer insights, segmentation strategies, and data analysis. Monitors campaign performance and provides insights to optimize content, messaging, audiences, and channel effectiveness. Contributes to the development and execution of digital marketing strategy, supporting business goals related to brand awareness, customer engagement, traffic growth, and conversion performance. Collaborates cross functionally to support storytelling initiatives and ensure digital content aligns with organizational strategy and messaging. Supports marketing channel planning and execution in partnership with Performance Marketing and Marketing Operations. Maintains working knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices through ongoing training. Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Performs other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related field required. Three (3) years of experience required in digital marketing or digital product management environment or demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in digital product management and technology support. Strong ability to understand business and customer needs, customer/user experience management, product analysis and technology capabilities. Technical acumen. Strong collaboration, communications and analysis skills. This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR.
