Overview
Join a globally recognized leader in the beauty industry as a Graphic Designer supporting the U.S. Creative team. This role sits at the center of a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment—partnering across Marketing, Retail, eCommerce, PR, Social, and Education to bring brand campaigns to life.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented designer who thrives in high‑volume production environments and is excited to contribute to a major brand evolution, including a high‑visibility rebrand initiative.
What You’ll Do
Creative & Design Execution
Design and produce a wide range of assets across print and digital, including:
Product launch materials, promotional assets, kits, invitations, and presentations
Emails, website visuals, and digital advertising
Social content and video assets
Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of creative excellence
Rebrand & Core Collateral Support
Support the SkinCeuticals rebrand by updating and maintaining core printed materials such as:
Consumer Cards, Regimen Cards, Flip Books, and Brand Books
Ensure consistency and accuracy across all updated brand touchpoints
eCommerce & Digital Marketing
Provide dedicated design and production support for eCommerce initiatives, including:
Marketing and promotional emails
Website assets and campaign updates
Develop digital‑first creative optimized for performance and user experience
Campaign & Content Development
Create digital marketing assets including:
Social media content and retailer deliverables
Price‑list PDFs, newsletters, and ongoing communication materials
Support campaign execution with cohesive, on‑brand creative across all channels
Art Direction & Production
Provide art direction for photoshoots, particularly for GWP (Gift With Purchase) campaigns
Oversee end‑to‑end production of campaign assets, including:
Site graphics, email creative, and social content
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with U.S. and Global Marketing teams, and internal stakeholders
Support Pro Services initiatives with assets such as:
Emails, digital toolkits, on‑air graphics, and promotional bundles
Project Management & Execution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Prioritize deliverables to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Maintain strong attention to detail across all stages of production
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within beauty, fashion, or consumer brands
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects strongly preferred)
Experience designing for both print and digital channels, including eCommerce and social
Strong understanding of brand systems and ability to maintain consistency across multiple touchpoints
Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with competing priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Additional Notes
This team is seeking talent with shorter tenure experience (ideally under ~2 years per role) who are eager, adaptable, and comfortable in production‑heavy environments
Beauty industry experience or strong interest in skincare/beauty is highly preferred
