A Manhattan based law firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of marketing experience with strong skills in digital content, presentations, and event support.


Fully on-site Monday - Friday

Salary: $87-90K + bonus

Hours: 9am - 5pm


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the Marketing & Business Development Department, enhancing the firm's external brand and image.
  • Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates and collaborate with attorneys for external presentations.
  • Prepare and manage social media content, including graphics and event promotions.
  • Ensure daily updates and maintenance of the firm's website using CMS tools.
  • Document firm events through photography and videography, creating visual content.
  • Coordinate firm events, handling logistics such as setup and breakdown.
  • Maintain marketing equipment and organize resources for initiatives.
  • Attend trade shows and events to represent the firm and support marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to foster a professional and collegial environment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, WordPress, or similar tools is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in digital photography and videography for event documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
