About the Opportunity
Our client, a high-growth luxury fine jewelry brand, is seeking a highly operational and entrepreneurial Vice President of Marketing to lead and execute a results-driven marketing function. This is a critical leadership role for a hands-on executive who can translate vision into action, build infrastructure, and drive measurable business impact.
Position Overview
Reporting to the President and working closely with the Founder and Creative Director, the Vice President of Marketing will own the end-to-end execution of the marketing function—driving brand visibility, client acquisition, and revenue growth across retail and e-commerce.
This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to implement—bringing structure, discipline, and accountability to a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Execution
- Own day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution across all channels and initiatives
- Build and implement scalable processes, tools, and infrastructure to support growth
- Establish clear workflows, timelines, and cross-functional alignment with merchandising, retail, and operations
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation with a strong ROI mindset
Performance & Revenue Accountability
- Drive measurable growth across e-commerce and retail through data-driven marketing initiatives
- Define KPIs and implement reporting frameworks to track performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Continuously analyze performance and optimize campaigns, channels, and spend
Brand Implementation & Go-to-Market
- Translate brand vision and creative direction into executable, high-impact marketing campaigns
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, collections, and key business moments
- Ensure consistency and excellence in execution across all touchpoints
CRM & Clienteling Operations
- Build and operationalize CRM and clienteling programs to drive client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Partner closely with retail teams to implement tools, training, and processes that enhance client engagement
- Leverage customer data to drive segmentation, personalization, and repeat business
Digital & Channel Management
- Oversee all digital channels including paid media, social, email, and e-commerce marketing
- Ensure effective channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign execution
- Partner with external agencies and internal teams to deliver against performance goals
Retail & Experiential Execution
- Lead marketing support for boutique openings, pop-ups, and retail activations with a focus on executional excellence
- Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and in-store performance
- Drive traffic, conversion, and client engagement through localized and experiential marketing efforts
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a lean, high-performing marketing team
- Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a cross-functional operator, partnering closely with sales, operations, and leadership
Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of marketing experience, with required experience in the fine jewelry industry
- Proven track record in operational marketing leadership within a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrated ability to build marketing infrastructure, processes, and teams from the ground up or through scale
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM, and omnichannel execution
- Experience working closely with founders, creative teams, and executive leadership
- Highly analytical with strong financial and business acumen
