Senior Salesforce Developer.
This role involves designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on
Salesforce Government Cloud
to support mission-critical public sector programs including case management, licensing, and service operations.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and architecture, with the ability to lead technical design, development, and implementation efforts in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end
solution design, architecture, and development
on Salesforce Government Cloud Develop and customize Salesforce applications using:
Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows OmniScripts Integration Procedures DataRaptors
Design and implement
system integrations
with external and internal platforms Conduct
technical discovery sessions
with stakeholders to gather and define requirements Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions Review Salesforce seasonal releases (Spring, Summer, Winter) and assess impact on existing systems Ensure
platform governance, coding standards, and architectural best practices
are followed Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, vendors, and administrators Implement and validate
security controls and compliance standards Support release planning, deployment, and post-release activities Identify opportunities to leverage
AI-driven capabilities
within Salesforce solutions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers Required Skills
Minimum
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
(configuration, customization, and solution design) Strong development experience minimum 5+ years with:
Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Experience working in
enterprise-level environments Minimum
3+ years of experience in regulated/public sector or complex environments 2+ years of Experience leading
technical design sessions or development teams
