Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in HR, with a strong background in HR operations and strategic recruiting. Knowledge:
Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices. Skills:
Proficient in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR technology. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple HR functions effectively. Eligibility:
