As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Maureen Darby - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining client records and updating information as needed, assisting with customer retention strategies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications include strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience in customer service preferred, and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation is $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
