Quakertown Veterinary Clinic (QVC) is seeking compassionate and professional Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Small Animal Reception team! As a Small Animal CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and an important part of keeping the hospital running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Answering phones promptly, professionally, and efficiently Responding to client inquiries and providing service information Greeting clients and updating patient and client records in the system Scheduling appointments and managing check-ins and check-outs Monitoring the reception area and staying aware of patient flow and conditions Preparing invoices and processing payments after services Performing over-the-counter sales of specialty diets and merchandise Handling mail, email, filing, and general clerical tasks Schedule & Availability

Full-time and part-time positions available Day shift coverage needed in the Small Animal Department Weekend rotation, select holidays, and on-call shifts are required What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reception (required) Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment A professional, positive, and calm demeanor Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members Comfort working in a fast-paced veterinary setting Physical Requirements
