Quakertown Veterinary Clinic (QVC) is looking for a professional and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Large Animal Reception team! As a CSR on our Large Animal team, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and a key part of keeping the hospital running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Answering phones promptly, professionally, and efficiently Responding to client inquiries and providing service information Greeting clients and checking them in and out for appointments Scheduling appointments and managing client flow Entering and updating client and patient information in the system Preparing invoices and processing payments Handling clerical duties such as filing, mail, email, and record maintenance Processing and organizing required state paperwork Schedule & Availability
Shift: 7:00 AM
5:30 PM Consistent daytime schedule supporting our large animal services What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reception (required) Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A professional, positive, and calm demeanor Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teammates Comfort working in a veterinary environment (large animal experience is a plus, but not required) Why Join QVC?
