Franchise Marketing Support
- Meet weekly with new franchisees to provide marketing guidance and training during the launch of their centers.
- Provide strategic marketing support to franchisees, including local marketing plans, campaign guidance, and best practices.
- Manage and oversee the company websites, ensuring they remain optimized for performance, usability, and search visibility.
- Implement, with our staff, SEO and AI-search optimization strategies to improve rankings and discoverability. Maintain site structure, landing pages, conversion paths, and technical performance across the website.
- Create marketing frameworks and campaigns that franchisees can replicate at the local level.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, materials, and messaging.
- Create and distribute marketing materials for franchise use, including:
- Campaign templates (radio, email, direct mail, social media for example)
- Digital ad campaigns
- Print materials
- Develop new marketing and sales tools that help franchisees attract new clients.
- Teach marketing best practices through system-wide meetings, webinars, and training events.
- Provide step-by-step guidance for franchisees implementing marketing campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance across the system and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze digital traffic, lead generation, and campaign results.
- Support franchise development efforts through marketing insights and materials.
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to ensure marketing messaging accurately reflects company programs.
REQUIRMENTS:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success driving lead generation and growth in a multi-location or franchise model
- Strong expertise in digital and performance marketing
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and decision-making skills
- Experience in education, healthcare, or family-focused services
- Familiarity with franchise marketing, local market activation, or co-op marketing models
- Background in brand storytelling and mission-driven organizations
