Sales Account Manager

KraftPowercon Inc. is looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role works closely with our General Manager to identify new business opportunities and turn them into long-term, profitable partnerships.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Build and manage strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Lead sales activities, including presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
• Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive deals from lead to purchase order
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems

🔹 What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong understanding of AC/DC power systems or industrial power supplies
• Experience with consultative selling and value-based proposals
• Ability to engage technical decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Strong communication and cold outreach skills

• 🌎 ~30% travel (primarily North America, occasional international)
• 📍 Based in Alpharetta, GA
