Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Swimming Pool Design and Sales Consultant to join our on-site team. In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients to understand and translate their vision into customized swimming pool designs. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, creating detailed pool designs, preparing proposals, and presenting design concepts to secure sales. You will also ensure client satisfaction throughout the process and maintain relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with design software and tools, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings. (This is required.)
• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to guide clients through the decision-making process and close deals effectively.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust and fostering positive relationships.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design ideas and collaborate seamlessly with clients and team members.
• Creativity and design expertise, a strong understanding of swimming pool design, and a keen eye for detail are highly desirable.
• Experience in home improvement, architectural design, or related fields is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details

• Compensation will be a salary plus commissions for jobs sold.
• This is an in person role. Candidate will work in the Santa Ana office daily.
