Real Estate Associate

A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its commercial real estate practice in Chicago.
Responsibilities include: Handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions Conducting due diligence and reviewing title and survey materials Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents Supporting financing and development matters Working closely with senior attorneys and clients on a variety of real estate matters Staying current on relevant laws, regulations, and market trends
Qualifications: 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence Familiarity with leasing, financing, and development work preferred Experience with AI or legal technology tools is a plus Strong academic credentials Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills Admission to the Illinois Bar required
