Key Requirements:
A degree in a technical field, or relevant experience Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance centers, Defender, and Intune Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality Relevant technical certifications are advantageous Main Responsibilities: Monitor threat reports and implement appropriate mitigation strategies Perform regular audits to identify security gaps and violations Assess security incidents and escalate issues when necessary Ensure clients adhere to MFA and other vital security policies Develop and implement security baselines for Microsoft environments Troubleshoot and resolve client installation challenges related to threat protection software Maintain thorough documentation and keep records current Escalate unresolved network security issues to management Collaborate with the technical team to communicate security concerns Stay updated on industry best practices through ongoing education Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary package up to 90k based on experience.
