
Technical Field Specialist

Phoenix Pumps, a market share leader in fluid handling technologies, is searching for an enthusiastic and driven outside sales representative to manage current customers using a proven selling system where you will use your skills to troubleshoot pumps, pumping systems and select pumps by application.
To be successful as an outside sales representative, you should be persuasive and have excellent negotiation skills. Ultimately, your main goal is to solve customer issues while showing them how to improve their overall business processes.
Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory. Work assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers. Troubleshooting of pumps and pumping systems Recommending pump and equipment upgrades Selecting pumps for municipal and industrial applications Develop a reliable strategy for pumping systems Maintain an accurate record of all customer interaction and customer contacts in CRM Collaborating with replacements, applications and project teams to enhance Phoenix Pumps market share. Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
3 years of outside selling experience in the industrial and or municipal markets Arizona mines MSHA certification a plus High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Strong consultative sales skills. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Detail-oriented. Insurable driving record Benefits:
