Must-Have Skills:
7+ years of experience in server/storage administration with 5+ years on NetApp ONTAP and 3+ years on Cohesity Strong knowledge of NAS/SAN protocols (NFS, SMB, Fibre Channel), VMware vSphere, and storage integrations Experience with monitoring, performance tuning, scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash), and backup/DR solutions
Nice to Have Skills:
NetApp certifications (NCDA, NCIE, NCSA) and experience with cloud-integrated solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and cybersecurity/compliance frameworks
