Job Description Commercial Loan Servicing covers activities related to servicing commercial loan transactions in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities may include customer/client modifications, account maintenance, rebookings, and purchased receivables management to ensure accuracy throughout the life of the transaction.

Desired Qualifications Loan IQ experience (strong plus) BS/BA degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management Ability to meet stringent deadlines Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Range: $30 - $32

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
