The Role We’re hiring an
Executive Recruiter
to help us attract and close top-tier talent across the country. This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role focused on leadership hiring.
What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting (source → close) Proactively source high-performing candidates (retail, hospitality, fitness, etc.) Build pipelines of passive talent Partner directly with hiring leaders Drive hiring decisions and close candidates Manage pipeline and activity metrics
