Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Salesperson

to join our growing team in

Prior real estate experience is not required

What We Provide Comprehensive Training (From 0 to 1) You will receive structured training covering the full real estate lifecycle, including: Market knowledge and client positioning (buyer, seller, investor, and niche markets) Marketing and lead generation strategies beyond personal networks or social media posts Lead follow-up systems and conversion best practices Buyer and seller representation workflows Offer preparation, counteroffers, escrow management, and closing processes Referral system development and long-term client relationship building

Hands-On Mentorship One-on-one guidance and ongoing coaching Real-world client exposure and deal participation Clear understanding of how deals are sourced, structured, and closed

Team & Office Support Access to operational and administrative support teams Collaborative, growth-oriented team culture Office amenities including snacks and beverages

Key Responsibilities Work with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process Assist clients with property searches, showings, and open houses Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders Support offer preparation, negotiations, and transaction coordination Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings

Qualifications Active

California DRE Real Estate Salesperson License

(not required but highly preferred) No prior real estate sales experience required Strong willingness to learn and accept coaching High level of professionalism, accountability, and work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work full-time and commit to long-term career development Interest in building a career in the Bay Area real estate market
