
Growth Product Manager (Sunnyvale)

Responsibilities
Own the execution and delivery of user acquisition campaigns, driving initiatives aligned with defined growth targets.
Manage and optimize major paid acquisition channels to continuously improve user acquisition efficiency and conversion performance.
Analyze campaign data and conversion metrics to identify issues and optimize strategies.
Translate business goals into actionable acquisition plans, including budget allocation, pacing, creative testing, and execution.
Optimize the end-to-end funnel from acquisition to conversion, working closely with product and cross-functional teams.
Independently design, run, and analyze experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure efficient execution of acquisition initiatives.
Stay up to date with channel trends and market dynamics, continuously iterating acquisition strategies to improve overall growth performance.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in paid acquisition or user growth. Strong hands-on experience with paid channels, capable of managing the full funnel from strategy to execution. Familiar with major acquisition channels and methodologies, with practical experience in user acquisition and conversion optimization. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; able to optimize performance and ROI based on data insights. Proven track record of measurable growth outcomes (e.g., user growth, revenue, or ARR improvement). Strong execution skills with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Experience in overseas markets, especially the U.S., with a solid understanding of local users and channels is preferred.
