Full-time, day shift Responsibilities: Run day-to-day hospital lab operations, ensuring all sections are staffed, running smoothly, and meeting turnaround times Manage lab supervisors and staff, including hiring, scheduling oversight, coaching, addressing performance issues, and implementing discipline when necessary Ensure lab quality and compliance by overseeing testing accuracy, handling audits, and maintaining CLIA standards Own department budget, including operating and capital planning, cost control, and justifying purchases Make decisions on lab systems and equipment, including instrument selection, issue troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors/IT Act as the point of contact with hospital leadership, reporting performance, addressing operational issues, and aligning with hospital goals Requirements: 5+ years of hospital lab leadership experience ASCP (or equivalent) certification required APPLY NOW or contact Megan directly at (accepts texts) / .
