The Senior Events Marketing Manager is a remote-based role responsible for developing and executing the North American event strategy to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand impact.
Reporting to the Global Head of Field & Partner Marketing, this role requires strong initiative, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering high-impact, memorable event experiences. You will work closely with Sales and Customer leaders to ensure events are tightly aligned to revenue outcomes.
This role owns the end-to-end delivery of events across the funnel - from large-scale third-party sponsored events and industry conferences to targeted field activations, customer experiences, and hospitality programs.
You will design and execute insight-led event experiences that connect our brand to key audiences, generate demand, and deepen customer relationships, while ensuring all activity is measurable and commercially driven.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Own end-to-end execution of third-party event programs, including sponsorship evaluation, venue sourcing, logistics, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
- Execute event-driven demand generation programs in alignment with global frameworks, including audience targeting, pre-event promotion, onsite engagement, and post-event nurture to maximise pipeline impact.
- Deliver exceptional execution with a strong focus on on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable ROI
- Build trusted relationships with Sales leadership through consistent delivery, proactive communication, and clear reporting of business impact
- Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences while optimising efficiency and return on investment
- Collaborate closely with Demand Generation to ensure integrated campaign alignment and strong conversion across the funnel
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to ensure messaging, storytelling, and audience relevance are compelling and consistent
- Track, measure, and report event performance against agreed business metrics, using insights to inform future strategy and optimisation
- Continuously refine the event strategy based on performance data, customer insights, and market trends

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
- 6+ years' experience in event marketing or field marketing, with proven success delivering B2B events that drive pipeline and commercial outcomes
- Strong end-to-end project management capability with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external vendors in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Proven ability to translate strategy into high-impact, engaging event experiences
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI, pipeline impact, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
