H&HIS’s client is an IT company in Ha Noi City. Currently, our client is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Executive Associate to CEO.
Job Description
Track industry shifts and player behavior to identify strategic opportunities and sharpen product competitiveness.
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO in product direction, marketing focus, and market expansion decisions.
Analyze global studios and publishers across portfolio strategy, growth models, tech stack, and data infrastructure.
Lead CEO-initiated cross-functional projects, align stakeholders, track impact, and deliver executive-level insights.
Ensure all initiatives are executed on strategy, on time, and with clear performance outcomes.
Prepare strategic briefs, reports, and CEO-level presentation materials for internal and external sessions.
Synthesize insights into actionable decisions and, when delegated, represent the CEO in strategic meetings.
Take on high-leverage tasks beyond core scope to reduce CEO bandwidth load and extend leadership impact.
Operate with a proactive, solution-first mindset to maintain execution velocity and organizational clarity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Strategic Management.
Over 4 years of experience in roles related to Product Management, Strategy Consulting, Portfolio Management, Data, or Marketing—preferably in tech, mobile apps, or gaming.
Strong analytical skills: able to conduct research, financial/business analysis, and market assessment.
Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Passion for mobile games, technology, and innovation is a must.
