Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a National Account Manager, based in Edgerton, WI, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The National Account Manager will focus on managing and growing relationships with key accounts, developing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves regular communication with clients, preparing reports, negotiating contracts, and leading initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth. This position also requires collaboration with internal teams to align efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications Proven track record in relationship management, sales, and client retention
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
Knowledge of the roofing or construction industry is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and market trends
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
